Express shipping is processed at a $10 flat rate and free on all orders over $300. Orders are processed and dispatched within one business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are sent via express courier and will be delivered between 3-5 business days.
Silk Laundry ensures all orders are delivered in the safest and quickest way possible. Signature on delivery is required by the courier or postal centre. Should you wish for your item to be delivered without signature or left unattended, please specify your request in the notes when completing your order. Please note, if this option is chosen, Silk Laundry does not accept responsibility for missing or displaced parcels.
Customs and Duties
Silk Laundry ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We are unable to advise how much these charges may be. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these charges might be prior to purchasing.
Please be advised that any customs taxes and duties will be at the customer’s expense. Any refused shipments will be refunded minus the full shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost at our discretion once the goods are received back at Silk Laundry.
We are very proud of our reputation for quality. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with your online purchase, we will happily accept full-priced items purchased from www.silklaundry.com for a store credit or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.
